PRE-POUR INSPECTIONS

Your Pre-Pour Inspection Report will include:

1. References to the Post-Tension Institute installation standards.

2. Elevation readings using an altimeter for all 4 corners of the forms, average pad depth, and average beam depth.

3. Confirmation that the forms are square within tolerance.

4. Photo documentation of all reinforcement, beams, and plumbing.
